What we collect and what it is for

What we do not collect
This platform does not ask for Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank account numbers or card numbers. Please do not send them through the contact form. If we later offer a secure client portal for tax documents, we will explain the additional protections before you use it.
Consent
When you register you confirm that you have read the Terms and the Privacy Policy. We record the date and the version you accepted.
Who can see your data
Authorized administrators can view student accounts, progress and payment history to run the service and help you; their actions are recorded in audit logs. Service providers receive only what they need to deliver their part (hosting, email, SMS, payments).
Security measures
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure cookies.
- Salted password hashing; verification codes stored as keyed hashes.
- Email and phone verification at registration.
- Limits on repeated sign-in and code attempts.
- Protection against forged requests, script injection and SQL injection; strict content security policy.
- Private storage for course documents, served only to enrolled students.
- Audit logs of sensitive actions.
Your requests
From your profile page you can download your data and request account deletion. When a deletion request is completed, we anonymize your personal details; payment records may be kept in a form that no longer identifies you where we must retain them for accounting or legal reasons.
Incidents
If we become aware of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will investigate it and notify affected people as required by applicable law.
